OUR STORY
Originating from the verdant agave fields of Jalisco, Mexico, Chef Octavio Ruiz presents Pata Negra as a culinary ode to his heritage. Here, his understanding of agave's potential is interwoven with the sophistication of Atlanta’s culinary scene. We invite you to partake in a narrative that transcends borders.
OUR NAME
Our name, Pata Negra, roots from the words “foot print,” representing our connection to the world. We want to leave something behind that creates a lasting imprint on those who experience it. The mystical and ceremonial atmosphere sets the stage for an immersive culinary journey.
OUR DRINKS
The journey begins with the art of agave. Chef Octavio Ruiz elevates the traditional Mezcal experience to an art form with unique and unexpected pairings to compliment the rich history of agave spirits.
